If you are a septic tank owner,
please watch this video!

A new septic tank law was passed

It’s called Retrospective Planning Approval for Septic Tanks.

What it means is this.

Every septic tank that was
installed before the 1st January 2015 will now need planning approval.

This is not the same as planning
permission.

It does not matter if your barn
conversion or house, septic tank or drainage system was given planning
permission.

Every septic tank owner in the UK
must now apply to the local council for 'Retrospective Planning Approval' for
their septic tank.

Each application will cost £350.

After you have applied Government
inspectors will visit your home and ask you for information about your septic
tank.

They will ask questions like…

Where is your tank located?
What’s the size of it? What it made from? What repairs have you had done?
What’s it’s age?

based on the information you give
them will determine whether your septic tank will pass or fail.

According to recent reports 60% -
70% of all septic tanks inspected in the UK will fail.

I have made this video because I
want you to help you pass.

Now, at this point you have 2
options.

You can dig out your septic tank
emptying receipts to try and find the answers.

You could pay £350 to apply for
retrospective planning permission and spend hours filling the forms out

Or you could choose option 3 and
just get yourself a Free Government compliance form from me.

Just download the government
compliance form for free and then print off as many copies as you want.

Just fill the form in, had one to
your solicitor and put one on display in your kitchen.

This form will save you having to
spend hours filling application forms in and will tell the Government
inspectors everything they need to know.
